Reverse Thinking

Instead of: "How to make users stay longer"

Worst Idea First

1. Intentionally generate terrible ideas
2. Use as springboard for good ideas
3. "What if we made this WORSE?"
4. Often leads to breakthrough thinking

1. Fold paper into 8 sections

Solution Sketch

Structure:
1. Title: Clear, memorable name
2. 3-panel story: Problem → Solution → Outcome
