How do I install this agent skill?

- Gen Agent Trust Hubpass
This skill acts as a bridge for the GitLab CLI (glab) to perform CI/CD operations. It is functionally sound but presents a surface for indirect prompt injection, as the agent may process untrusted CI logs or job outputs that could influence subsequent pipeline management commands.
